For Candidates
Jobzem is a meta-search engine. We centralize opportunities to make your search easier. When you click "Apply Now," you will be redirected to the original job site (the company's career page or a partner job portal). The entire application process happens outside our environment. We do not receive your application data.
No, you don't need an account to search or apply for jobs. However, creating a free account allows you to:
- Save jobs to your "Favorites" list.
- Manage your email alerts ("Subscriptions").
- Upload your resume in PDF to speed up future applications on partner sites.
Yes! By creating an account, you can access your "Dashboard" and upload a PDF version of your resume. This can be used to facilitate filling out applications on some of our partner sites in the future. For more tips, see our article on how to manage your account.
We update our jobs daily, but sometimes a job is removed from the original source and our system has not yet updated. If you find a link that doesn't work, we would appreciate it if you could let us know through our contact page, including the Jobzem job link.
It's very simple. At the bottom of every alert email you receive, there is an "unsubscribe" link. Just click that link to stop receiving notifications for that specific search. You can also manage all your subscriptions in your "Dashboard" if you have an account.
For Companies
The most effective way to ensure your jobs appear on our site is through a direct partnership. We integrate jobs via feeds in XML or JSON format. If your company is interested, please visit our partnerships page for more technical details and to get in touch.
Basic job indexing through feed partnerships is free. We also offer paid partnership models for companies that want greater prominence and visibility for their jobs. Contact us through our partnerships page to discuss the options.
The job must be edited or removed at its original source (your career site or ATS system). Our system syncs with the source and will update or remove the job from Jobzem automatically, usually within 24 hours. For urgent removals, please contact us.
General and Technical
We take your privacy seriously. Jobzem only stores the data you provide directly when creating an account (name, email) or subscribing to alerts. We do not collect data from your application process. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.
The safety of our users is a priority. If you find a job that seems to be a scam, please help us keep the community safe. You can:
- Read our guide on how to identify fake jobs.
- Contact us immediately through our contact form, sending the link of the suspicious job.
